FACILITY NEEDS ASSESSMENTS

Initial review of existing leases to identify critical dates, to examine important lease clauses and to assist clients with managing their facility decisions effectively.

Industrial: General knowledge of facility characteristics to evaluate property such as; square footage measurements, ceiling heights, column spacing, dock equipment, lighting, sprinkler system, trailer positions, & truck court depth.
